In addition, he recently completed an Executive Education Program at The Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth College.
Colleen Conover, Senior VP Client Services
Colleen Conover oversees day-to-day client services in visual communications for Percepture's offices in New York, New Jersey and Chicago. Prior to Percepture, she worked at SGW, an advertising and public relations agency and was a publicist for La Toya Jackson, Bobby Goldsboro and Denise Austin. She is the coordinating producer behind "Real Men Don't Watch Pre-Game," a live Pay-Per-View event broadcast on Super Bowl Sunday and the script writer and publicist for a series of nationally distributed fitness videos. Colleen has also produced visual programs for the New Jersey Department of Travel and Tourism, the U.S. Governor's Conference and Newark Liberty Airport.

Stephanie Stabulis, Manager Client Services and Social Media
Stephanie Stabulis is Percepture's Account Manager with expertise in integrating new digital marketing initiatives with tried and true traditional methods to maximize impact for client programs. With more than five years of experience in operations management and client service, Stephanie manages day-to-day account operations to ensure that projects are delivered timely and exceed quality expectations. She brings a breadth of analytical and metric-based knowledge to clients' that want to build brand communities and drive traffic through the sales funnel with social media and other new and relevant tactics. Prior to joining the Percepture team, Stephanie pioneered programs for campaign and marketing analysis that helped dramatically increase business revenue for a business development company in Central, New Jersey.
Stephanie is a graduate of Rutgers University‘s School of Communication and School of Management where she focused on communication leadership and management. Her after graduate studies include digital marketing and finance.
Nina Dietrich, Senior Account Director
Nina Dietrich has twenty-five-plus years of experience in B2B and B2C Public Relations and strategic Marketing Communications. Throughout her career, she has represented large, multinational, corporate entities and small, start-up ventures alike, within a wide range of industries including human resources, Internet, technology, legal and other professional services, real estate/construction, consumer goods, healthcare and medical, financial services, manufacturing, and media.
A seasoned media strategist, Nina works with a wide variety of national, regional and trade media as part of her highly targeted approach designed to elevate the profile of publicly traded and privately held entities. She also has extensive experience writing and developing Web site content, by-lined articles, white papers, brochures, OpEds, letters to the editor and other PR/marketing outreach materials that have varied in complexity and by target audience.
Nina's Corporate Communications experience includes positions at consumer products giants Lever Brothers Company and Thomas J. Lipton, where she was responsible for both the writing and production of several internal and sales communications vehicles. Both the Public Relations Society of America and the International Association of Business Communicators have recognized her for her award-winning work in public affairs, writing and marketing communications.
Nina holds a Bachelor's of Art degree from Vassar College. She studied at L'Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris and the University of Paris and has completed courses to obtain a Master's at New York University's Stern School of Business Administration.
Cherie Boldt, Senior Account Director
Cherie Boldt has twenty-plus-years of experience in B2B and B2C markets. She has developed and implemented strategic plans and projects in telecommunications, manufacturing, energy, consumer products, media production and non-profit. With a genuine, customer-centric perspective, innovative reasoning and outstanding relationship management skills, Cherie has enjoyed a successful track record in brand strategy, consumer product development, customer marketing programs and integrated communication planning, including e-marketing and social media.
Cherie is an avid proponent of VOC (Voice of Customer) market research and is passionate about understanding consumer behavior. Her research style was the basis for a consumer cookware brand and product line development - nominated for a product design award by the International Housewares Association in 2009. Her creativity is a main driver of much of the success she has realized. Whether finding a solution for dealers to sell more retail parts to increase sales by $1 million dollars through an original display program, or using a cause marketing campaign to increase product sales, drive awareness and receive a national Halo Award.

Kristin D. Gabriel, Senior Account Director
Kristin D. Gabriel has fifteen-plus-years of integrated marketing experience in the technology industry.
She’s worked alongside corporations, agencies, and small business clients, focusing her career on emerging high-technology companies and consumer brands. By integrating cutting-edge search marketing, SEO and social media practices with public relations strategy, she’s placed thousands of consumer, trade and business stories in targeted print and electronic media. Recently, Kristin worked on strategy and branding for start-up encryption technology company SoftKrypt and its data protection software EasyKrypt. She integrated investor relations, public relations and PR and product marketing strategies to tell the company’s story. She wrote communications materials including: press kit, sales literature, executive PowerPoint presentations, demos, speeches, and the business plan, which influenced purchase offers for EasyKrypt.
Kristin is behind the highly successful SEO reputation management and campaign for Trend Micro, Inc., a Fortune 500 global anti-virus company. She influenced branding for the 2010 Titanium™ product family roll-out. She has also managed public relations positioning for iolo technologies - a leading provider of Windows-based utility software for home, business, and enterprise-level PCs, garnering $1.2+ million worth of media exposure in one year. Kristin’s corporate branding, marketing communications and public relations strategy for publicly-held biotech company, Applied DNA Sciences (OTCBB: APDN), a provider of embedded DNA biotechnology anti-counterfeit solutions, led to significant trade/consumer press for the company, and a higher market-entry valuation upon going public.
Working full-time as a director of corporate communications, Kristin managed investor relations and public relations, working directly under the board for CyberMedia Corporation. She helped double the valuation of company leading to acquisition by Network Associates in 1998. Kristin’s creative skills were exceptional when she conceived and launched the Symantec Antivirus Research Center (SARC). Results from one consumer campaign for Virus Awareness Month at SARC achieved a total of 55,282,791 million audience impressions within print and broadcast media.
She also managed consumer Public Relations for digital imaging software company MetaCreations, now Viewpoint Corporation, achieving outstanding press results during pre-IPO PR campaign just prior to going public -opened at $27 per share, $9 above initial IPO price. Other projects included: reputation branding for CyberDefender Corporation, early detection security, managing Public Relations for Webalo enterprise mobile application; View Systems, Inc.’s weapons detection technology, online marketing for Spain-based Panda Software U.S, and PR for India-based MicroWorld Technologies.

Tracy Bagatelle-Black, Senior Account Director
Prior to Percepture, Tracy Bagatelle-Black was the director of public relations for PeopleLink, a B2B Internet company that provides community services such as instant messaging and message boards to e-businesses for customer relationship management. While there she was responsible for all public relations functions from agency review to company re-launch as well as developing the public relations strategy and plan, managing a team of 11 public relations professionals and a budget of $400,000.
Before PeopleLink, Bagatelle-Black was an account supervisor at Hill & Knowlton, a top 5 public relations firm, where she managed several teams for H&K's technology clients. Her experience at Hill & Knowlton was quite diverse working on clients that ranged from Internet companies to wireless telecommunications, including B2C and B2B hardware, software and infrastructure firms. Bagatelle-Black was also a member of H&K’s Media Group, contributing her talents as a media relations professional on various accounts including a top-ten law firm and a national pet store chain. Additionally, she has held positions at the Terpin Group, where she led the Internet Group for the firm, and at InterActive Agency, one of the first public relations agencies in the country to take on Internet public relations. She began her career doing entertainment public relations at a boutique firm in Los Angeles.
Tracy is a member of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and as a freelance writer she has been published in The Net, Websight, America Online and California Computer News, and most recently did a piece for Gannett News Service. She earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and philosophy from Union College and a master’s degree in film and video from American University.
Jordan Jones, Assistant Account Executive
Jordan Jones worked in marketing and public relations for Blogsvertise where she grew the company’s clientele through mass media marketing and Search Engine Optimization. She's worked B2B liaison projects for Leanne Schanzer Promotions filling seats for Broadway and off Broadway Theater. Jordan is a recent graduated of Rutgers University, where she earned a Bachelor's in Communication and Information, emphases on public relations, management and psychology. Jordan is a 2nd degree black belt and currently holds two World Titles.
Rachel Schmucker, Executive Coordinator
James Bond has "M" and Percepture has "R." As Percepture’s Executive Coordinator, Rachel Schmucker oversees and manages internal operations and acts as the day-to-day liaison for all team and client-related issues. She is the touch-point for all staff members - president, vice president, senior account executives and interns.
Prior to joining Percepture, Rachel worked as a writer and editor for corporations, non-profits and small businesses across the Northeast, including B2B companies in the financial, technology and telecommunications sectors. The most notable of these is her tenure as one of the initial creative team members of R Baby Foundation, the first and only not-for-profit foundation uniquely focused on saving babies’ lives through improving pediatric emergency care.
Rachel holds a degree in Print Journalism from Edinboro University in Pennsylvania, where she also minored in Theater Arts. She has contributed articles and creative nonfiction pieces to newspapers and literary journals and has also worked as a features reporter for the Erie Times-News. As a writer, she is adept at collaborating with both clients and staff to generate creative and technical marketing materials to be shared with the media and the public.
