Thor Harris - President

Thor has managed public relations and innovative marketing programs for some of the world's largest companies and best-known brands - including Daimler-Chrysler, Sony, Foot Locker, The Islands Of The Bahamas, Ingersoll Rand, Konica Minolta, Century 21 and ChevronTexaco. Thor has also successfully launched into the market more than 20 technology, Internet and consumer brands, driving immediate financial benefits for those organizations.

Thor sits on the Board Member of the American Red Cross, Business Marketing Association, and the New Jersey Entrepreneur Network and a member of the NJ Technology Council, and the American Chemical Society. A published author and lecturer at New York University, Thor speaks globally on a wide variety of public relations and social media topics; notable appearances include the American Red Cross, Online Marketing Summit, Business Marketing Association (National Conference, New Jersey Chapter and Houston Chapter), Construction Industry Manufacturers Association, National Golf Course Owners Association and Progressive Business Conferences, among others.

Prior to founding Percepture in 2004, Thor held senior positions at Telrad Connegy, a voice over IP (VoIP) technology firm and Weber Shandwick, one of the world's largest integrated marketing and PR firms.

Thor earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from Rutgers University. In addition, he recently completed an Executive Education Program at The Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth College.

Colleen Conover - Creative Director

During a 15 year career, Colleen Conover has represented global consumer, technology, entertainment and non-profit clients, creating graphic communication strategy, messaging and tactics. She has created successful events and programs that have resulted in millions of end-user impressions and directly impacted sales. Colleen has produced customized video programming for the New Jersey Department of Travel and Tourism, the United States Governor's Conference and Newark Liberty Airport. She has also been the editor of several New Jersey community magazines.

Prior to joining Percepture as a Senior Vice President and Creative Director, Colleen spent five years at SGW, an advertising and public relations agency. Her clients included health care and non-profit organizations. Prior to that, Colleen was a publicist for a variety of celebrity clients, including La Toya Jackson, Bobby Goldsboro and Denise Austin. She was the coordinating producer of "Real Men Don't Watch Pre-Game", a live Pay-Per-View event broadcast on Super Bowl Sunday from Paradise Island, Bahamas and was the script writer and publicist for a series of nationally-distributed fitness videos.

Colleen holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Communications from Penn State University.

Nina Dietrich - Account Director

Nina Dietrich has 25 years' experience in business-to-business and consumer public relations and strategic marketing communications. Throughout her career, she has represented large, multinational, corporate entities and small, start-up ventures alike, within a wide range of industries including human resources, Internet, technology, legal and other professional services, real estate/construction, consumer goods, healthcare and medical, financial services, manufacturing, and media.

A seasoned media strategist, Nina works with a wide variety of national, regional and trade media as part of her highly-targeted approach designed to elevate the profile of publicly-traded and privately-held entities. She also has extensive experience writing and developing Web site content, bylined articles and white papers, brochures, OpEds, letters to the editor, and other PR/marketing outreach materials that have varied in complexity and by target audience.

Nina's corporate communications experience includes positions at consumer products giants Lever Brothers Company and Thomas J. Lipton, where she was responsible for both the writing and production of several internal and sales communications vehicles.

Both the Public Relations Society of America and the International Association of Business Communicators have recognized her for her award-winning work in public affairs, writing and marketing communications.

Nina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vassar College. In addition, she studied at L'Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris and the University of Paris, as well as completed course work toward her masters in business administration at New York University's Stern School of Business Administration.

Elizabeth Sedlock - Account Director

Ms. Sedlock creates blockbuster integrated marketing and communications strategies, formulates brand messaging and positioning, and manages national media relations and social media programs. During a two-decade career, Ms. Sedlock advised a wide range of consumer and B2B clients, including Energizer, Build-A-Bear Workshop and FujiFilm USA. Her experience includes management roles in New York City for two of the largest public relations firms in the world, Burson-Marsteller and Edelman Public Relations. . She then brought her innovation and knowledge in-house, leading the marketing efforts for 321 Studios, a software start-up, and then Patients First Health Care, a regional physicians group.
